I wonder, following the expulsion of many Russian security agents working under diplomatic cover in many other European nations, I wonder if the Kremlin is now doubling down on Moldova as one of the few countries it still has some internal leverage, as you report? And spare agents with not enough to do! Just some speculation from me, I can't claim to have researched this!
